IQCD

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IQCD mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,050 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IQCD-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP135, CST2P1, and RNU4ATAC7P. Each is linked with IQCD in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IQCD-to-partner and partner-to-IQCD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SKP135 grouped by IQCD-low versus IQCD-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IQCD→partner) and Y-score (partner→IQCD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
