IQCD

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, IQCD mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 954 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IQCD-associated genes across cancer lineages are OSBPL1A, TTF1, and CCDC66. Each is linked with IQCD in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IQCD-to-partner and partner-to-IQCD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OSBPL1A grouped by IQCD-low versus IQCD-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IQCD→partner) and Y-score (partner→IQCD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
