IPO8

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IPO8 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,919 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IPO8-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAD51AP1, OIP5, and NCAPG. Each is linked with IPO8 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IPO8-to-partner and partner-to-IPO8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, IPO8 versus RAD51AP1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IPO8→partner) and Y-score (partner→IPO8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
