IPO8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IPO8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,937 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IPO8-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZWILCH, PPIL2, and SLC25A17. Each is linked with IPO8 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IPO8-to-partner and partner-to-IPO8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZWILCH grouped by IPO8-low versus IPO8-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IPO8→partner) and Y-score (partner→IPO8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
