Across TCGA cell cohorts, IPO8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,927 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IPO8-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nuclear transport, Regulation of chromosome condensation, and Positive regulation of organelle assembly. Each is linked with IPO8 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IPO8-to-partner and partner-to-IPO8 results are reported.
