IPO8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, IPO8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 273 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IPO8-associated genes across cancer lineages are SALL3, USP29, and TAS2R39. Each is linked with IPO8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IPO8-to-partner and partner-to-IPO8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SALL3 grouped by IPO8-low versus IPO8-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IPO8→partner) and Y-score (partner→IPO8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
