IPO4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IPO4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,850 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IPO4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CSTF3, SUPT16H, and PUF60. Each is linked with IPO4 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IPO4-to-partner and partner-to-IPO4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IPO4→partner) and Y-score (partner→IPO4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
