IPO13

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IPO13 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,623 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IPO13-associated genes across cancer lineages are GOT1, BUB3, and NDUFAB1. Each is linked with IPO13 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IPO13-to-partner and partner-to-IPO13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GOT1 grouped by IPO13-low versus IPO13-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IPO13→partner) and Y-score (partner→IPO13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
