IPCEF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IPCEF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,158 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IPCEF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ALPL, RIMKLA, and PRKY. Each is linked with IPCEF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IPCEF1-to-partner and partner-to-IPCEF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ALPL grouped by IPCEF1-low versus IPCEF1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IPCEF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→IPCEF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
