IP6K3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, IP6K3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,126 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IP6K3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of mRNA splicing, via spliceosome, Neuroligin clustering involved in postsynaptic membrane assembly, and L-alanine transmembrane transport. Each is linked with IP6K3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IP6K3-to-partner and partner-to-IP6K3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of mRNA splicing, via spliceosome grouped by IP6K3-low versus IP6K3-high in LUNG_SCLC.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IP6K3→partner) and Y-score (partner→IP6K3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
