Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, IP6K2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated IP6K2 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher IP6K2 Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated IP6K2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and BLCA show a favorable association.
UCEC, BLCA, and SKCM are the cancer types where IP6K2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
