IP6K2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IP6K2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,004 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IP6K2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SETD2, TOP2B, and QRICH1. Each is linked with IP6K2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IP6K2-to-partner and partner-to-IP6K2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, IP6K2 versus SETD2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IP6K2→partner) and Y-score (partner→IP6K2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
