Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, IP6K2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 964 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible IP6K2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTND4P1, GPR3, and FECHP1. Each is linked with IP6K2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IP6K2-to-partner and partner-to-IP6K2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTND4P1 grouped by IP6K2-low versus IP6K2-high in KIRC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IP6K2→partner) and Y-score (partner→IP6K2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
