Across TCGA patient cohorts, INVS mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 44 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible INVS-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASNS, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and JNK_pT183_Y185. Each is linked with INVS in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INVS-to-partner and partner-to-INVS results are reported.
