INTU

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, INTU RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,255 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible INTU-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WDR35, UBE2J1, and WDR19. Each is linked with INTU in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INTU-to-partner and partner-to-INTU results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, INTU versus WDR35 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (INTU→partner) and Y-score (partner→INTU) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
