Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, INTU mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,234 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible INTU-associated genes across cancer lineages are NSD2, NCAPH, and CDCA8. Each is linked with INTU in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INTU-to-partner and partner-to-INTU results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NSD2 grouped by INTU-low versus INTU-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (INTU→partner) and Y-score (partner→INTU) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
