Across TCGA patient cohorts, INTU mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 35 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible INTU-associated genes across cancer lineages are p38-MAPK_pT180_Y182, TFRC, and ATM. Each is linked with INTU in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INTU-to-partner and partner-to-INTU results are reported.
