INTU

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, INTU RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,734 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible INTU-associated genes across cancer lineages are KIAA1109, KIF27, and ELMOD2. Each is linked with INTU in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INTU-to-partner and partner-to-INTU results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, INTU versus KIAA1109 in LARGE_INTESTINE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.76.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (INTU→partner) and Y-score (partner→INTU) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
