Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, INTU mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible INTU-associated genes across cancer lineages are CFHR2, MTRNR2L6, and HRG. Each is linked with INTU in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INTU-to-partner and partner-to-INTU results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CFHR2 grouped by INTU-low versus INTU-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (INTU→partner) and Y-score (partner→INTU) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
