Across TCGA patient cohorts, INTS9-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,281 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible INTS9-AS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CCAR2, PPP2R2A, and PCM1. Each is linked with INTS9-AS1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INTS9-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-INTS9-AS1 results are reported.
