Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, INTS9-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 17 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated INTS9-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in mesothelioma (MESO), where higher INTS9-AS1 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated INTS9-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CHOL and HNSC show a favorable association.

MESO, COAD, and CHOL are the cancer types where INTS9-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
