INTS8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, INTS8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,754 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible INTS8-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP394, HMX3, and BAG1. Each is linked with INTS8 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INTS8-to-partner and partner-to-INTS8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP394 grouped by INTS8-low versus INTS8-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (INTS8→partner) and Y-score (partner→INTS8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
