INTS8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, INTS8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,467 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible INTS8-associated genes across cancer lineages are VIRMA, DPY19L4, and MTERF3. Each is linked with INTS8 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INTS8-to-partner and partner-to-INTS8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, INTS8 versus VIRMA in BLOOD_Myeloma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (INTS8→partner) and Y-score (partner→INTS8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
