INTS8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, INTS8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible INTS8-associated genes across cancer lineages are SMCP, SLC32A1, and RAI2. Each is linked with INTS8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INTS8-to-partner and partner-to-INTS8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SMCP grouped by INTS8-low versus INTS8-high in BREAST.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (INTS8→partner) and Y-score (partner→INTS8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
