INTS7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, INTS7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible INTS7-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPATA48, GJA8, and IL22. Each is linked with INTS7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INTS7-to-partner and partner-to-INTS7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SPATA48 grouped by INTS7-low versus INTS7-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (INTS7→partner) and Y-score (partner→INTS7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
