INTS3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, INTS3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible INTS3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARGFX, ETDC, and GZMK. Each is linked with INTS3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INTS3-to-partner and partner-to-INTS3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ARGFX grouped by INTS3-low versus INTS3-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (INTS3→partner) and Y-score (partner→INTS3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
