INTS13

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, INTS13 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,561 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible INTS13-associated genes across cancer lineages are TXLNA, TICAM1, and AP2A2. Each is linked with INTS13 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INTS13-to-partner and partner-to-INTS13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TXLNA grouped by INTS13-low versus INTS13-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (INTS13→partner) and Y-score (partner→INTS13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
