INTS11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, INTS11 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,790 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible INTS11-associated genes across cancer lineages are ST6GALNAC2P1, PCGF6, and CENPS. Each is linked with INTS11 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INTS11-to-partner and partner-to-INTS11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ST6GALNAC2P1 grouped by INTS11-low versus INTS11-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (INTS11→partner) and Y-score (partner→INTS11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
