INTS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, INTS1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 63 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible INTS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, Bak, and Rad50. Each is linked with INTS1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INTS1-to-partner and partner-to-INTS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eEF2 grouped by INTS1-low versus INTS1-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (INTS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→INTS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
