INSYN2A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, INSYN2A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,871 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible INSYN2A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TRIM28, GMIP, and PTPN6. Each is linked with INSYN2A in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INSYN2A-to-partner and partner-to-INSYN2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (INSYN2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→INSYN2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
