The most reproducible INSYN2A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of DNA repair, Regulation of protein localization to Cajal body, and Positive regulation of protein localization to Cajal body. Each is linked with INSYN2A in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INSYN2A-to-partner and partner-to-INSYN2A results are reported.
