INSRR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, INSRR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,838 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible INSRR-associated genes across cancer lineages are KIF23, RCC1, and DTL. Each is linked with INSRR in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INSRR-to-partner and partner-to-INSRR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KIF23 grouped by INSRR-low versus INSRR-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (INSRR→partner) and Y-score (partner→INSRR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
