INSM1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, INSM1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible INSM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are USP17L15, BPIFA2, and GML. Each is linked with INSM1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INSM1-to-partner and partner-to-INSM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, USP17L15 grouped by INSM1-low versus INSM1-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (INSM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→INSM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
