INSL5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, INSL5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 245 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible INSL5-associated genes across cancer lineages are UBE2V1P4, TP53TG3F, and LYZL1. Each is linked with INSL5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INSL5-to-partner and partner-to-INSL5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, UBE2V1P4 grouped by INSL5-low versus INSL5-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (INSL5→partner) and Y-score (partner→INSL5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
