INSL3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, INSL3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible INSL3-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR5L1, RN7SKP8, and RNU6-1217P. Each is linked with INSL3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INSL3-to-partner and partner-to-INSL3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR5L1 grouped by INSL3-low versus INSL3-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (INSL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→INSL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
