Across TCGA patient cohorts, INS RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,440 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible INS-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Base-excision repair, Mitotic cytokinesis, and Mitochondrial RNA metabolic process. Each is linked with INS in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INS-to-partner and partner-to-INS results are reported.
