INS

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, INS RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 102 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible INS-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Hyaloid vascular plexus regression, Regulation of cellular response to vascular endothelial growth factor stimulus, and Cerebral cortex development. Each is linked with INS in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INS-to-partner and partner-to-INS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Hyaloid vascular plexus regression grouped by INS-low versus INS-high in BREAST.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (INS→partner) and Y-score (partner→INS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
