Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, INS-IGF2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated INS-IGF2 data layer compared with 12 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in prostate adenocarcinoma (PRAD), where higher INS-IGF2 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated INS-IGF2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
PRAD are the cancer types where INS-IGF2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
