Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, INPP5K Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated INPP5K data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher INPP5K Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated INPP5K expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SKCM, READ, and PRAD are the cancer types where INPP5K Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
