Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, INPP5E Mutation is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated INPP5E data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in small cell lung cancer (SCLC), where higher INPP5E Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated INPP5E expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SCLC, LIHC, and KIRP are the cancer types where INPP5E Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
