INPP5E

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, INPP5E RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,786 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible INPP5E-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WDR5, EHMT1, and BRD3. Each is linked with INPP5E in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INPP5E-to-partner and partner-to-INPP5E results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, INPP5E versus WDR5 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (INPP5E→partner) and Y-score (partner→INPP5E) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
