Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, INPP5E mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 78 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible INPP5E-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL23AP84, VTI1BP4, and RNA5SP414. Each is linked with INPP5E in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INPP5E-to-partner and partner-to-INPP5E results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL23AP84 grouped by INPP5E-low versus INPP5E-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (INPP5E→partner) and Y-score (partner→INPP5E) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
