Across TCGA cell cohorts, INPP5E RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,387 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible INPP5E-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are CTP salvage, Metaphase/anaphase transition of cell cycle, and Establishment of RNA localization. Each is linked with INPP5E in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INPP5E-to-partner and partner-to-INPP5E results are reported.
