INPP5D

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, INPP5D mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,196 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible INPP5D-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZMYND19, VSIG4, and ADK. Each is linked with INPP5D in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INPP5D-to-partner and partner-to-INPP5D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZMYND19 grouped by INPP5D-low versus INPP5D-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (INPP5D→partner) and Y-score (partner→INPP5D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
