Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, INPP4B Mutation is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated INPP4B data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in lymphoid neoplasm diffuse large b-cell lymphoma (DLBC), where higher INPP4B Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated INPP4B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.

DLBC, MESO, and PAAD are the cancer types where INPP4B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
