INPP4B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, INPP4B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,400 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible INPP4B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CMSS1, MYBBP1A, and NOL11. Each is linked with INPP4B in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INPP4B-to-partner and partner-to-INPP4B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, INPP4B versus CMSS1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (INPP4B→partner) and Y-score (partner→INPP4B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
