The most reproducible INPP4B-associated genes across cancer lineages are BAG1, TRIM16L, and TIMM22. Each is linked with INPP4B in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INPP4B-to-partner and partner-to-INPP4B results are reported.
