Across TCGA patient cohorts, INPP4B mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 37 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible INPP4B-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK2, p21, and p38-MAPK_pT180_Y182. Each is linked with INPP4B in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INPP4B-to-partner and partner-to-INPP4B results are reported.
