INPP4A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, INPP4A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,260 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible INPP4A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ANKRD44, FNBP1, and GNB4. Each is linked with INPP4A in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INPP4A-to-partner and partner-to-INPP4A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, INPP4A versus ANKRD44 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.24.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (INPP4A→partner) and Y-score (partner→INPP4A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
