INPP4A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, INPP4A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 35 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible INPP4A-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEK1, STAT3_pY705, and Tuberin_pT1462. Each is linked with INPP4A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INPP4A-to-partner and partner-to-INPP4A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MEK1 grouped by INPP4A-low versus INPP4A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (INPP4A→partner) and Y-score (partner→INPP4A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
